*What is Moms On Call? Moms on Call LLC is an Atlanta-based phenomenon. As two pediatric nurses and moms, we started serving local families with in-home parenting consultations from birth to 4 years of age. And now, by combining technology, common sense and a passion for families, we have supported and partnered with parents all over the globe. Our schedules, books, swaddling blankets, online resources and seminars have helped thousands of families to have dependable daytime routines as well as babies and toddlers that SLEEP ALL NIGHT! Why do our methods work? Because we have been there! With 8 children and 20 years of pediatric nursing behind us, we learned a few things that we love to share. We invite you to find out more about us at www.momsoncall.com.
Note: The schedules in this app are pre-set, and not customizable at this time. The schedules are created to act as a supplemental, on-the-go resource intended to be used in tandem with the Moms On Call books.
Restored functionality in iOS 13.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the issue that this update addresses, it is possible that you may have to re-enter your children's names and birthdates into the app. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes.

Just get the book
The schedule has helped us a lot, but I wound up buying the book for troubleshooting and additional information- the app is sparse. Honestly, the app is not worth purchasing, you can find the schedule from the book or online, screenshot it, and have basically the same function on your phone.
We had to adjust our baby to a 6-to-6 schedule for our work, and the ‘build your own schedule’ function on the app only allows for a pre-determined amount of feedings, naps, etc (which is probably smart!) however, it doesn’t allow you to drag the nap times out to 1.5 hours, or the sleep timer past 30 minutes, so the schedule looks all wrong when you customize it- even sticking to the exact same format only one hour earlier.
It would also be helpful to have some sort of tracking on this app so it could all be in one place- track diapers, breast feeding times, expressed/formula ounces, actual sleep times, etc.
Purchased at the recommendation of a friend so didn’t actually read the description prior to purchasing, totally my fault. However, this is literally just a visual schedule and not worth paying for since you cannot easily edit or add additional information like feeding amounts to track actual data for your baby. Like others have said, I am still using the Notes app to manually enter the feeding information - actual times and total feeding time/amounts (I am both breastfeeding and formula feeding at the moment). Would be nice to have an app that tracks everything, including diaper changes.
What exactly am I paying for??
This app is really pretty useless. ALL it is is a schedule that updates every few weeks/months as your baby gets older. You can “customize” your schedule, but literally all that means is that you can build your own schedule. You have to figure out all the times yourself with no guidelines. I can do that more easily in Notes!
I also found more than a few typos which was really off-putting. It’s like no one put much time or thought into this app, and just decided to charge $4 for it. So ridiculous!
As for the Moms On Call program itself—I have friends who swear by it (which is why I bought the book and the app) but it didn’t work for me at all. It was so rigid, and I found it impossible to stick to, especially while breastfeeding. (Everyone I knew who had used it bottle-fed, which can be easier to schedule.) They also advise letting babies cry it out when they’re 3-4 months old. That’s SO little!!! I’ve found my daughter crying because she was unable to move herself away from a pile of spit up, and I would've felt terrible if I had just left her there face down in it all night!
I know this program works for some people, but I’m so not a fan. Babies are unique humans, and the rigidity of this program doesn’t allow for that and can cause a lot of anxiety in parents and babies alike.
Also the app is dumb 😕
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
