I thought this wallet might be alright based on the overall positive reviews, but should have done more research first. You are allowed to deposit funds into your new wallet, but not withdraw them. It says that you have to verify the e-mail address of where you want to send them first, which doesn’t even make sense - I’m trying to withdraw them to a private wallet, not an e-mail address. If you look at Reddit or other sites, this wallet also has a bad reputation and is known as something of a scam for this reason.

Update: After working with their customer support for around a week, it looks as if the issue has been resolved, and I can now withdraw my funds.

Locked my money up out of no where to do “upgrades” without warning. Going on 2 days cannot access any XMR. Without warning locked all XMR to do a system upgrade. no response from support whatsoever. Waited over 30 minutes to talk to live support for no one came to the chat. They will respond how they are doing a system upgrade but it’s going on 2 days without warning. Situation is being handled poorly. Regardless money is held up without warning and withdrawals cannot be done which is the whole purpose or a wallet to send and receive transactions. People need to access their funds when they need them I need to make payments but cannot since everything is locked up which is absolutely ridiculous not to mention how long the “upgrade” is going. No updates when will be back online Withdrawals are important and shouldn’t be messed with not to mention for as long as they have. I’m incredibly dissatisfied. Several hundred dollars that are mine cannot even access.

Update: they won’t return any of my money, this is a scam. Don’t download this app. All the information I got for people actually running it are in Russia. They will ask you for your personal info after they steal your money, don’t do it, don’t download it in the first place.

Is a SCAM, Apple should cancel this for fraudulent activity. They don’t even post status update on their webpage about this issue, KYC scam. Don’t ever send money to this wallet, you will lose it and they will always have a new story on why it happened. I need a date on when this is issue is going to be resolved, I can’t believe how they did not blocked the deposit button on their app if deposits are not working.
