every time I wanna use the app, it will prompt me to update or exit from the app. I tried multiple times to update, but it won’t do anything. It’s just frustrating.

This is so convenient and easy! You are very knowledgeable and you know how to figure out a problem quickly. You’re team are so easy to reach and accommodate as much as you can with all your heart. This is where I can pay my bills even I’m outside the country, while on my travel escapade. You can pay here your bills such as SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAG Ibig Contribution, taxes, loans, insurance and investment, you can even transfer money using GCASH and online banking. This app provides online convenience in paying contributions, monthly dues, and other bills in government agencies, but this convenience is flooded with hidden charges and extra costs like Paypal Fees and Convenience Fees. This is expected since this is a third party payment channel for the government. But as a taxpayer we shouldn't be charged with these nonsense. Overall, the app provides convenience if you're willing to pay the outrageous charges.
