Bad customer service and scam run ooo

I sent usdt worth of $100 I didn’t get credited and they keep roaming about on it since Jan 18 till now I haven’t gotten it yet I sent btc worth of $88 today again Feb 4 I haven’t been credited since 7pm and it’s been confirmed 3 confirmations yet nothing and the customer services aren’t replying me anymore just seeing my messages and saying nothing about it This is a very good scam business and I think the owner of this will soon be jailed or killed

You trust their platform at your own risk, I sent some funds to the app and the rate was N1175/$ when I sent it, I was constantly checking their rate after I sent the funds to the app. Although rate fluctuates but there was no time today it got to N1150/$. To my surprise the Naira worth I received was not the amount that got it. I did some calculations with the dollar amount that got to the app, I discovered I have a claim of N8000. I contacted support and I got a nasty response telling me it was N1150/$ when I initiated the transaction which it was all lies, I would have believed them if I wasn’t checking to see if the rate will change. Even when it was 1 confirmation I was checking constantly to see if the rate will change and it doesn’t. Bunch of thieves

I sent $180 ETH on the 27 of last month and I need to use to money now only for me to login and it’s negative, I contacted the customer service it’s very very very bad only for them just keep quiet is this some kind of new scam now, taking ppl money I don’t understand, ppl be careful cuz what’s the meaning of this rubbish you guys did this morning you negative my account why
