Monopoly monopoly

So let me Start off by saying that this is a magnificent embodiment of the game monopoly that I remember and loved as a child. I believe that’s a key component of the monopoly game on a mobile device, however I do think that there should be some things added to the game minor details that are very important to the flow of the game. Whenever someone leaves the game the remaining players should be signified that there is someone watching so that we are able to know who it is that we are playing with. Secondly I think that there should be some sort of spectator signal as well to indicate how many players are watching. This change could be indicated with a pair of eyes with the number of spectators watching next to it. This would allow for a certain level of communication with the people that you played an intense game of monopoly with. There should also be some sort of emote ability such as good game or thank you or sorry to provide another element of communication that makes the monopoly game so fun. Lastly, but most importantly, there needs to be a stats feature associated to the players account so that we are able to keep up with the amount of wins losses and minutes played in the game. Again, all of these things are minor but would add a very significant boost to the game thank you for your time.

Fun, but seems the Computer is your opponent

I enjoy playing this game. I grew up in the 80’s playing with my older brothers and sisters. I have the patience to sit through even for many hours.
In the last 3 weeks of playing this through the holidays up to now, I may have played over 100 games. What I’ve noticed is no matter what, the game will keep doing the same things. If you play the computer and make deals, there is a certain pattern used in the computer’s marketing scheme that is a dead giveaway: So then, when you’re playing online players, many trades go exactly as it would when the computer is playing and using its marketing strategy. (For example: say if I want to trade Park Place for Marvin Gardens; the computer may reject the deal, but counter with the addition of $2.00). No normal human player would gripe over $2.00 in a trade for Park Place: but when playing the computer it is quite common, and business as usual.
For some strange reason I feel I’m losing the online experience when the game is moving at such a fast pace with no break in action for thinking. I feel a bit betrayed, yet at the same time I couldn’t imagine waiting any longer than the 4th player’s turn till my roll, even at such a fast pace.
I agree with many of the previous reviews in adding stat counters, and game chat, to make it more realistic and capable of seeing your achievements. Making these two changes would prove the online experience to be valid.

Great classic needs a few tweaks

This is just like playing on the real life board. And with different playing options, you can play with friends, strangers, and even the computer at varying difficulties. The app also allows you to customize the game for faster play more similar to how most of us would normally play with house rules. There are a few things I wish were offered. First, there’s no way to save a game, and if you exit the app even for just a few seconds you’re unable to resume the game. Second, in game chat would be a great feature for negotiating or reasoning trades, goading/swaying other players, and just general chat to make it more like the real thing. Third, it would be beneficial to be able to view the details of any space on the board even when it’s not your turn, so planning your next move amongst other things could be a bit easier. And while free parking has been a fun mystery of finding out how much is in it, when you choose to have winnable money there, it would be nice to be able to click on it and see what the “jackpot” is. All in all, the game has been every bit as fun as it always has been for me - the changes would serve to make it feel like my opponents are there with me and not on the other side of the screen. Definitely well worth the money spent.
