Description

If you are a landlord, or a tenant wanting your landlord to give you a receipt for renting, the Monthly Rent Receipt app would come in handy.

Rent Receipt app allows you to manage and send rent receipts on a monthly basis very easily. The intuitive interface allows you to produce receipts in just a minute wherever you may be.

Further, the app provides you with a monthly checklist workbook to help you prioritize cleaning tasks, repair, maintenance activities and track payments. Simply tab on the template button to switch between workbooks. Simply tap e-mail, to send your rent receipts instantly and get paid faster. Alternatively, you can email the receipts to yourself.

You can print the rent receipt on your printer. You can also locally save the receipt as a file, and re-use it with minimal changes. Effective and timely coordination on financial matters has never been easier.

*********We have developed the Monthly Rent Receipt app to work on your computer too. For getting the app on your computer, kindly write to us at marketing@tickervalue.com ***************

Usability issues on iPad

I haven't tried it on my iPhone yet. At first glance this was great. However, the following fixes would make this worth the money.
1. In order to save your notes, you need to click return in order for it to save. Doesn't look like you can just click out the box as you can with other apps.

2. The month view appears to change if you add information at the end of the month. You cannot scroll up and the bottom nave moves up with empty space below. I think the workaround is to navigate back to the year calendar and select the month again.
