Every therapist in the world should know about this...

I got this app thinking it would be a good way to simply make a note of how my mood waxes and wanes in accordance with what is going on in my life. Previously the most efficient way to do this was with sticky notes. I'm not great at journalizing but I can take a moment to write down a single word to just describe my frame of mind that day. I find this is helpful to stay centered and objective, knowing that sometimes I have valid reasons for feeling the way I do or if it my just be a hormone or chemical imbalance that is causing me to feel off.
The first time I signed on I realized this was so much more than a mood tracker. I was put off at first because I saw that the free version doesn't allow you to post privately. I have trust issues... But then I realized that I am completely anonymous so I posted.
All the sudden I realized that this is a whole community of people struggling with a variety of different things. It's like a support group that covers not one select issue but brings together people from all over the spectrum. They offer support and encouragement and I can log on at any time and find someone who cares.
This is a real game changer for me. I wish I'd had this years ago.
I am so grateful. I just needed this so much and I hope from the bottom of my heart that whomever developed this knows just how big of a deal it is.

Emotionally and mentally pleasing

It's the perfect way to express your thoughts and emotions freely. Instead of having to turn to a friend, family, or even social media every time you want to simply vent. The best part is that it's completely anonymous and saves all your posts in time line form of date and time. It even has a chart that visually shows you your mood ranges throughout the time you use it. Your post are public along with others so you do have this feeling of sharing or speaking to others instead of just yourself. They can give a word of advice if they feel they need to and you can do the same with theirs. Everyone is stripped of physical identity and legal name. It is completely based on content and emotional tracking history. This may just be my new favorite app. It's definitely therapeutic and just what I really needed for my mental and emotional health. Now I don't have to keep millions of thoughts balled up inside of me. It's also pretty cool how all users can comfort one another without getting too personally involved either! Best app ever.

Fantastic App, Still With A Few Flaws...

I can't even begin to explain how much I love this app! There are a few trolls (or really unhappy people out to make other people's lives even more miserable), but you can block them. Still worth it in my eyes. Love the anonymity of it all. I am actually enjoying it more ham FB these days!

However, I have had some consistent glitches still and they have never been worked out for over 6 months since starting the app. Sometimes during the middle of an entry and while typing, the text disappears. I also can't edit after the fact. I mean I can, but the text disappears as soon as I put my finger down to start editing. I always have my apps up to date, my phone software up to date and I even tried reinstalling the app. Nothing worked. I have a brand new iPhone 7 Plus that isn't even 2 months old, so I doubt there are problems with the devise. I have written in to technical support a few times and I have never received a response. Please update these glitches! It is driving me nuts.

I saw a few other suggestions in the reviews, that were actually pretty good suggestions! The one I most agreed with was age groups. There do seem to be a LOT of young kids on this app and as an adult I would rather have small conversations/updated feeds with those closer to my age. It brings about age specific issues/more common ground; unfortunately I can't relate all that well to someone in 6th grade.
