Easiest? No way to add payment methods

I downloaded the app after struggling with the site on my phone, every time I attempted a transaction (put in amount, currency I wanted to buy) it moved to another page with “add payment method” with a back arrow.

The app opens the mobile website and has the same problem 🙃🤦🏻‍♀️

I can’t tell at all what I’m doing wrong🤷🏻‍♀️

Avoid for buying

I tried buying some Ethereum and it was declined by my bank. I talked to my bank and they did an override for me, which would allow me to buy it. When I went back into the app, I proceeded to do the transaction again. This time it was declined on MoonPay’s end and according to the rep I talked to, it was for safety reasons. I was also informed that I would no longer be able to use this payment method to purchase anything from MoonPay in the future and to use something different. I can’t open a new credit card each time their system decides to block a card from being used for “safety reasons”.

Experience has been awful needless to say. I would find a different app to use if you wanted to buy funds.

it’s not a good app because every time you go here to buy bitcoin and if you don’t do something they want they disable your account. They’ve done this to me on numerous occasions so now I can’t even buy bitcoin and the cop the bitcoin company I’m using exodus uses you guys to do the payments and I can’t even buy anything with them because you guys have disabled my account on numerous occasions and you can’t get a hold of you guys for nothing. It’s a joke don’t come to this app don’t use a moonpay at all. Find some other way of doing it. It’s a horrible app they disable you for no reason are used to buy with them all the time don’t use them they’re expensive they’re not worth it
