Excellent app so fun and easy to use!

The idea of this app is great. I used many health&fitness app, Moovbuddy is kinda different from them. Their stretching and flexibility exercises are very helpful. Also I find the daily notifications very helpful. They are mostly daily short exercise or ergonomic tips. They send you 1-2 exercise during the day or in the morning which are very good stretches for spine health. This is the thing that I liked most in the app. I was also suprised that they have specific exercise programs, one of them is exercises for long travels. They have more programs for posture, balance, even workouts for gamers. GREAT!

I have been using this application for 3 months and I am very satisfied. I have chronic back pain, Sometimes it gets hard to even walk with this. The exercises here have been very good for me. I usually do it in the evenings and I feel really relaxed before I go to sleep. After seeing the benefits, I started to do other exercises more regularly. I should say that if you take a long break to exercising, you may not see much benefit. Because I feel even better when I am doing the exercise programs 3-4 days in a week. Thanks to MoovBuddy for bringing this application to us.

Easy and Motivating

I’m 32 and was an athlete my whole life, but never saw the value of stretching. As I get older and my muscles and bones don’t hold up like they did when I was 18, I’m starting to realize the value of stretching. I’ve given up on stretching routines because I take on too much too fast and quit because I don’t see results quickly. This app has motivated me to be consistent with the easy stuff and have seen results little by little.
