Welcome to Morning Brief 4.0! • iPhone Duo support: the briefing and your day side by side when open, a tabletop clock with a remote when folded, and a hands-free bedside mode • The briefing now appears word by word as it speaks • Clearer market names, and fixes and improvements throughout

New in this update: • Evening routine: a separate checklist to wind down, with its own streaks. • Evening layout: choose which panels appear in your Evening Brief, and in what order. • Hide your checklist once it's done for the day. • Your morning checklist no longer shows up in the evening. Thanks for your ideas, keep them coming!

EVENING BRIEF, FINISHED Your evening brief now looks back on your day: steps and exercise, markets at the close, today's headlines. Tomorrow's weather is on screen while the voice talks about it, and an optional reminder invites you in. WEATHER THAT WARNS YOU Severe weather alerts come first, and the UV index appears when the sun is strong enough to matter. NEW WIDGETS A medium widget with your weather and next events, two Lock Screen widgets, and a Control Centre button to start your brief.

Countdown: the days until a birthday, a trip or a launch. Pick dates from a calendar, or type your own. Get a reminder on the morning a date arrives. Send feedback straight from Settings.

Fixed: reminders due today are now read aloud. Fixed: all-day events are now called by name. Hide or reorder the checklist and Breathe like any other section. Add your own RSS or Atom feeds to the news. Also in 3.2.1: Choose which calendars are read, and which reminder lists. Drag the sections into the order you want them spoken. The panels around you follow that same order. Also in 3.2: Now in German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Japanese and Chinese. Overdue reminders: see what is still open, in its own list. Start your brief when you wake up instead of at a fixed time. Choose the panels you want and how many headlines you hear. News now covers every language with local sources.
