Take time to meditate

It’s recommended to meditate in the morning and evening for 15-20 minutes. Morning meditation will help you wake up, put your mind in order, give you a boost of energy and prepare you for the beginning of the day. Make your morning a miracle. In the evening it will reduce any stress or fatigue and relieve annoying thoughts and worries. Try not to miss even a single session. Make morning meditation a necessary, simple daily habit. This is a simple habit that is aimed at achieving personal happiness and harmony.

Choose a place to meditate

Of course, it is better to meditate in a quiet home environment. Nothing should distract you. However, if you can’t find a suitable environment for meditation, it isn’t a reason to give up the practice.

Get in the right posture

You don't have to sit in the lotus position and you don’t have to be an expert in yoga or fitness. The main thing is that your back is straight and comfortable for you. It shouldn’t be tilted forward or backward. The spine should form a right angle with the surface you are sitting on. You can sit in a chair, making sure to avoid leaning on its back. With correct posture, it's easier for you to breathe and air flows better through your lungs. This is also required to maintain awareness - not slipping into a sleep but still maintaining relaxation.

Close your eyes. Try to completely relax! This is perhaps the most important aspect of meditation! You should be relaxed. Try to find the parts of your body that are tense and relax them. Small muscles on your face often experience tension; pay attention to this. Try to coordinate this process with breathing: Inhale, focus your attention on the tense part of the body, exhale, relax. Direct your attention to your breath or a mantra.

We wish you a successful and healthy future with your miracle morning! Hope that this simple app will help you!

Best Start to the Day!

I’ve been searching for a manageable and effective morning routine for years, and Miracle Morning gave me just that! Waking up has always been challenging for me, but this app makes me excited to start the day. It is so easy to use, has beautiful graphics, and everything to help you begin your day on the right foot. One of my favorite features is the gratitude journal, where I can start my day thinking about all the blessings in my life. I love this app and can not recommend enough!

Very few features work, very expensive

The concept of this app is very good, but the 3 day trial was too short to realize that the subscription price is a major mistake. As soon as I modified the daily tasks (reorganized them, added one of my own) the whole thing turned out crazy buggy. My own task completes itself immediately. The tasks are repeating and crossing into each other. I exit the task list and it immediately restarts. The final piece that brought me here (when I rarely leave negative reviews) is that there is nowhere in app to contact support or report an issue. In addition, you cannot run your own music in the background, and even attempting to do so seemed to trigger auto completes. If you want the 6 tasks with no modifications, this might be for you, but I would argue that that is not worth $20-$35. Just set a timer.

The best me

When I first downloaded this app I wasn’t sure what to expect however I now know it’s the best decision I could’ve made for my life, to be the best me that I can be. I look forward to waking up in the morning and seeing what adventures await me and knowing that I have all the tools I need to face the day head on.
