Morpheus is the world’s first digital recovery coach. When combined with the Morpheus recovery band, he is able to measure and track your recovery, give you personalized heart rate zones, and integrate with other popular wearables and the Health Kit to tell the whole story of how your lifestyle is connected to your fitness.

Accelerate your recovery

High-intensity training and stress are what breaks your body down, but you need recovery to build it back up and make it bigger, stronger, faster and in better shape than ever. Based on your recovery level each day, Morpheus gives you a targeted blue zone to train in. Get in your blue zone for as little as 20 minutes and it’ll help push your body into the recovery state and accelerate your recovery, and your fitness to a whole new level.

Elevate your conditioning

For the first time, training to improve conditioning is as simple as it gets. No more confusion about what heart rates to train at, which zone you should be in, or what types of intervals are best. Morpheus takes the guesswork out of your conditioning

Avoid Overtraining

Finding the right balance between training, stress and recovery and the red zone is a key part of avoiding overtraining and the problems that come with it. The Morpheus red zone, known as the overload zone, was designed to give you a clear picture of where your limits are each day to help you make sure you don’t push past them

Requirements: To measure and track recovery, the Morpheus recovery band is required. Without the recovery band, Morpheus is not able to calculate a recovery score or provide personalized heart rate zones.

Please note that activity (steps), calories, and sleep can be tracked directly with Fitbit and Garmin devices, or by connecting to the Apple Health Kit.

If you choose to track activity, sleep, or calorie data from the Apple Health Kit, Morpheus will display that data within the app and use it to generate your daily recovery score.

Activity and sleep tracking are not required to use Morpheus, but are recommended to improve the accuracy of the recovery score

Current build very glitchy

Great app but..
The current build has introduced the freezing freezing
At times appearing not to respond at all
Does disable screen time put consistently
Inconsistently says hr zones updated but when you start a training session no hr colors are shown. Only shows white color for hr ranges

6/25/2020 update the latest firmware change that introduced automatic syncing with watch during the HRV test is causing the watch to freeze during the test.
The app on the phone does not detect that the has frozen and continues the test and the result is a zero for the HRV

Almost unbearable to use

You need the app to be able to look at your training data (I have the M5 wristband), but getting the data from the device to the app is a dodgy process that frequently fails. Oftentimes the app freezes, other times it deletes the data I recorded from my workout. It can be really disheartening to spend time collecting data that you want to view, just to have it lost because the app breaks down. Otherwise the app UI is incredibly confusing and laggy even when you understand exactly how to use it. There are ways to make this app functional but this isn't it.

Glitchy at best

The all used to be very good with the older generation device. Since the new device came out the app at first did not register changes in recovery post training (which is kind of the value of the app/company). This issue I would say took 2-3 months to fix... that bug was fixed and the app updated. Since then the app takes anywhere from 5-12 reboots or shutdowns each time the app opens. I think the content put out by the company is great but at this point the frustration of dealing with the app is not worth the cost.
