MoshUp ٤+

I can’t believe it! Here we have a really well put together app made by quality developers. And they are not trying to vampire your bank account. They do offer a subscription option, but they also offer a one time payment for full access to all of the features. This is exactly what we want.

To all other developers out there, reading reviews, please for the love of God, do not make the features in the app, only accessible through a subscription. I do not mind paying a little bit extra to just have all of the access to all of the features. I can promise you that if you try to make me subscribe a monthly payment OR!, and I swear to God if it says weekly payment, it’s an automatic deletion of the app. I will not even consider using it. Not even the free version because, that is Ludacris.

To the developers of this app, thank you so much, seriously, you have no idea. Well, maybe you do but either way thank you for giving an option to just pay for access to all of the features instead of making it a subscription. I will be using your app regularly and frequently thank you!

Thank you very much for the nice review. I can sometimes understand that developers choose the subscription way because they can’t make enough money when the app has a small audience. But yes. I personally also dislike subscription that’s why I offered both options. And I also like the fact that you can benefit from the updates in the future without paying again. Greetings

Just by playing around with the free demo, you immediately realize how awesome and easy-to-use this tool is. I Was sold right away and purchased the full version, importing videos is a game changer. I love the free-style approach to playing with the tools, especially when you hold the screen and it melts the video with repeats, it’s like your a DJ but you’re scratching video instead of music. So intuitive and human, well done.
The only think I think can improve on this is if there were more options to tweak the preview-timeline video. Like if you could cut or trim parts of the preview video right then and there. Or if it’s possible to undo multiple times rather than just once. And then one more request that may not be possible with the technology, but if you could have running videos datamosh other running video, rather than the 2nd video glitching the frozen frame of the 1st video. Like if you intersected two moving videos and they both datamoshed each other, for added complexity and creativity. I wonder if that’s possible.
Great app here, could be a great PC app too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You should try it with sound on :) Yes in the current version you can only undo the last capture but in the preview there is a cut icon at the bottom which let you set the new end of the video. Moving clips around is sadly not possible because they all rely on the previews video ending. While I was reading your post I had to smile a bit because you were hitting most of the upcoming 1.4 version features. Here is a small sneak Peak about some upcoming features: Repeating captured frames in reverse. You can trim/cut the beginning of the final video. Going back or forward unlimited in the current clips till you start the next capture. Datamoshing two video together. I also try to make live camera and video moshing possible but it’s a bit tricky. There will be an experimental projection mode where one video is projected on the other one. You can capture a clean video inside the app so it can be used in the video import view. And some smaller changes. I will upload some previews maybe on IG @moshup_app in the upcoming weeks. Greetings

I have had this app for a few years and I love it so much! With all of this said, I believe there is a CRUCIAL feature lacking in this app. That feature is the ability to easily save the video you’re working on so that when you open the app at a different time you can open the save and continue working on your video. This feature would be game changing and I’m sure everyone would appreciate this greatly. Furthermore, the ability to add multiple clips like in CapCut but have a mosh up transition in between would be awesome. If either of these features already exist please let me know and teach me how to use them. Thanks again for this amazing app at an amazing price!

Hey. Thank you for the nice feedback. In version 1.4 you can do some datamoshing and leave the app. When you come back later and your phone didn’t close MoshUp you can continue working on the video. If the app is completely closed I think the only way would be so save the current work before closing and then import it as a single video again. But with this approach it would be decoded and encoded again which reduces the quality a bit. In the last update I added the feature that you can datamosh two videos at the same time. If I understand correctly you want that video A starts with the datamoshing and then video B takes over? This could work but a smooth transition is hard because I can’t tune down the datamoshing effect. You can also reach out to @moshup_app on instagram for better communication. Greetings
