I love this process. The intoxicating, truly extraordinary voice in the music takes me to such beautiful places. I find myself so relaxed and filled with a previously unknown equanimity that helps me face almost everything with a calm demeanor. This is saying something as I have struggled with severe PTSD since I was a small child. To NOT startle at every sound, and not overreact to small stimuli is like a miracle. After years of taking drugs to control the PTSD, I no longer need them regularly and only take them on very, very rare occasions. In the past, therapy helped, regular meditation helped, self-compassion helped but nothing else turned off the 24/7 panic that was always running inside. This didn’t happen overnight. I have been a part of the most high group since the beginning. So I have been doing daily or near daily sessions for a few years now. The progress has been slow and gradual but pronounced. So happy I found this. My life is SO much better.

This was not was I was expecting and at first I thought it may not be for me. I was quite surprised by how much I needed this after using it for about a month. The meditations, if that’s even the word for them are amazing. I have OBE every time I listen! Such a trip and I am grateful I found this process. The frequency is spot on to what I need. I feel like I have super powers to fend off negativity like no other on the days I start off with this app. It puts me in a place where my internal conversation cannot distract me. My family and friends have asked me what my secret is… I mean it’s basically me learning me but for sure this is part of what I am doing to get me out of my head and more present. This app is definitely going to be a part of my healing journey for the year!

To be honest… I have been searching… for connection for quite sometime now. I have bee meditating for almost a year and still to this day feel as though I’m not doing it right or… something, because I have yet to have a soul jerking, move you to tears of joy and release experience until I discovered most high. The moment I opened the first video I was blown away with their ability to reach me. They spoke to me, they spoke through me, and I was and still am electrified with every experience. I have unknowingly number myself, my feelings, basically all that is me to keep going… as a joe dispenza “student” if you will, emotional engagement is necessity when it comes to locking in your desire and actively taking part of quantum entanglement… I couldn’t do it. No matter how hard I tried. The tears I could muster up weren’t the real deal…. Genuine and authentic are the names of this game… and most high helped me breakthrough a long standing, super thick wall I had deemed impenetrable.Thank you most high. From the bottom of my heart.
