Why is everyone having problems?

I have been using this app for 5 years, no I don’t like to watch it on my phone so if I’m not on the go I always play it through my computer onto the TV. I have really never had serious issues with this or really any that I can think of. Spoilers alerts, ok fine yes the app is terrible with this. But I just block the screen with my hand and click the drop down tab to get to the schedule. Once there, there’s no issue!

The app is meant for quick viewing in my opinion and shouldn’t be solely relied on to be perfect. These are iPhone apps! I do agree there could be some work done with the spoilers being at the top or on the home news feed. But that’s wha bring people to their website. Those that don’t pay, get to see who’s won. It’s more advertisement than anything.

I am or a Dorna employee, however I love watching Motogp, and at the price of comcast now a days, I don’t have a problem setting the funds aside for my passion. To each their own, but I’ve loved every year of my time spent with MotoGP

Love the MotoGP App and Coverage

I’m a 20+ year fan of MotoGP and over the years I’ve had to scramble to find where the races and coverage would be broadcast here in the USA. Since I’ve purchased the MotoGP package 5-6 years ago, I now go to one source for my viewing coverage, whereby I get everything I ever wanted to know about the riders, teams, calendars, stats, and anything else one could imagine. The only thing I wish would be included are the pre-season, seasonal, and post-season practice sessions on-demand. If Doran could add these sessions On-Demand so that fans could watch at their leisure, that would be wonderful. Otherwise I’m thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the package and coverage.

Dorna... always sure to charge, but falls short on delivery

I would understand if this app was $20 for the year, but it’s $130. For that price, it should work flawlessly EVERY time... nope, won’t let me watch the races, just keep taking me to the login screen for VideoPass even though I’m logged in already! What it will do though, is spoil all the results for you on their feed! First thing to pop up! I know the results so far for Brno 2019, and lost interest in watching the rest of the weekend. Matter of fact, this will probably be the last time I purchase this. If I could give it zero stars I would. And the fact they try to charge you for everything, like the timing or the live tests... greedy greedy Dorna... at least make your stuff work right if you’re going to charge for live timing separately... Besides, MotoGP has become boring, just change it to the Marc Marquez show and call me in a couple of years when it gets exciting again... maybe, just maybe, by then you’ll pull your heads out of someplace dark located behind you with the performance of your “app”
