App falls Short…Way Short!

The application is pedestrian at best. There are so many features missing that most other restaurant apps include. This is an awful experience for the customer and hurts the franchisees. The fact that rewards or coupons cannot be used if received by email versus the app, the fact you cannot get reward credit by entering your receipt information, among others, are just a couple of examples of how poorly envisioned the app is. Add to that the fact it has not been updated in over a year and you get the picture - the owners of Mountain Mike’s Pizza don’t really care about the customer experience.

Best thing since the crispy, curly pepperoni itself

I love Mountain Mike’s Pizza, as do many other people. The only down fall is how long it can take for my pizza to be ready 😭. That is why I adore the app! I love being able to order ahead, I time my order so it’s always ready when I get there. This is the most convenient food app in my arsenal, and it is so easy to use. And the rewards? Oh sweetie, the rewards are phenomenal, especially if you like birthday treats! Perhaps my most favorite thing about the whole ordering on the app is the customizations you can make, without even having to interact with people. I can order a half and half, remove or add toppings, and see promotions without even interacting with people. AT ALL. Seriously- a few taps and swipes and I have amazing food in minutes. Another cool tidbit is that the app recommends additional food ideas before you checkout. If you don’t think that’s awesome now, wait till you try the mini CHURRS. Literally. 🍕👌

Quick, easy, and almost there.

Building your order is easy, including half & half splits. We frequently get a split, pepperoni on one side and a specialty pizza minus a topping on the other. With our custom order, it takes less than 2 minutes from launching the app to being checked out. It’s intuitive, and handles my misguided fingers well, with large enough areas/buttons to tap accurately.
Only downside I’ve encountered is the inability to apply a coupon. For that I need to use the web site.

Devs, please, add a place for coupon codes like you have on the website.
