My favorite ‘fitness’ app!
I love this app for a million reasons. 1. There is a variety of ‘classes’ (I put it in quotes because some aren’t technically classes) - it ranges from meditation to yoga to running to rowing to even life talks! I love that I can do an at home nightly yoga/meditation routine and an at gym lift/tread run routine all from the same app! 2. I love the audio classes! I love the visual cues too, but I love the functionality of audio classes because they’re so easy to do at the gym, and of course at home too! 3. I love the coaches! A few of my favorites are David for meditation, Ingrid, Garrett, and Jen for strength, Kilty for yoga before bed, and Katie and Alex for running! I’ve been using this app since January of 2017 and I love how they’re constantly adding new classes that allow me to switch up my routine without getting bored! Like I said I find that there are so many wonderful aspects to this app I couldn’t name them all!
Great variety of workouts, responsive customer service
I love this app, it’s gotten me back into a workout routine because of the variety in types, length, and difficulty of workouts. I especially appreciate the wide selection of HIIT options that don’t require any equipment (beyond an optional mat) and the detailed outline of yoga and running workouts.
Another option I really like is the ability to switch genre of music when listening to a workout.
Customer service has been amazing—they refunded a double payment before I even noticed it and were quick to respond over email in response to a comment I’d left on a workout about having difficulty finding the series workouts (turned out to be an update issue, thought I had the most recent one but didn’t).

Look, I’ve used tons of apps. I workout 6 days a week for about 90 minutes each workout (30 minutes of cardio and 60 minutes of heavier lifting). I couldn’t find anything that helped change up treadmill workouts. This did it and does it incredibly well. Interval training with a personal coach! Kudos. I haven’t used other pieces of app, but that one piece is worth its weight in gold. The only thing I suggest is I wish I could use my own music instead of the embedded ones. For me there are some song I need to hear when I am at the end of a workout that is kicking my tail. Small inconvenience to pay! 5 stars all the way!
