Sign up issues.

When I first tried to sign up it gave me an error and said that a ticket has been sent to the help desk... tried again a few days later and same thing... the. I called 3 days later and told the person the issue I was having and he said he went ahead and submitted another ticket and said someone will get back to me soon, still nothing. My husband was able to sign up instantly no problem. It’s been over a week now and I still can’t sign up for the service. Any idea what’s going on?

A programmer is sent to the grocery store with instructions to “Buy butter and see whether they have eggs, if they do, then buy 10.”

My favorite app.

I have been using Movo cash since the inception, 1 year ago and can’t imagine anyone giving it a rating of less than a 5.
My favorite part is being able to “send money“
Because unlike other send money apps, the funds are available within 10 seconds . When my friends and I go out one person pays the bill and the rest of us send our part of the bill, with Movo. But the real secret sauce is Movo coin in which you can create a digital Visa card right on your phone for the exact amount of purchase, making it impossible to steal your credit card number especially when purchasing anything on line.

Technical Support non-existent

We have been dealing a login issue on our MOVO account for 4 days. We are not able to login, keep getting an error message. We called MOVO, they stated that some users are having issues and that we would receive an email within 24 to 48 hours regarding repair status. We never received an email so followed up 2 days in a row...was told again that we would need to wait another 24 hours for a status update. Now here we are at day 4 and still can not login and have no access to our account or funds. I was a huge fan of MOVO and the MOVO Coin feature, but this lack of technical response has me concerned....customer service is not even able to process a manual transfer.
