Version 4.5 brings Training Load tracking, a redesigned What's New experience, and improvements to the Repeat Workout feature.
What's New:
- Training Load: log your effort on a 1–10 scale after each session. Your Apple Watch effort score pre-fills the field automatically — just review and save. Shown in workout history with color-coded levels (Light, Moderate, Hard, Extreme)
- What's New screen: see a summary of new features when updating the app, and browse version history in Settings
- The Repeat button is now always visible at the bottom of the workout detail screen — no more hunting in the toolbar
- Repeating a template-backed session now correctly loads the original template
- Fixed: superset sets were duplicated or had incorrect timing when repeating a workout
