Description
If you have friends all over, you've probably noticed keeping track of each other is challenging, and the pain of hearing, “I wish I’d known you were there!” is real.
Mozi is a private social network for seeing your people more, IRL. The primary value prop of Mozi (today) is simple: To let you know when you’re going to be in the same place (city or event) as someone you know. And the goal is straightforward: to connect more often—and in person—with the people you care about. You can think of it kind of like a future-focused, city-level Find My Friends.
There is much more to come for Mozi, but for now all you need to know is:
1. Mozi works best with friends: As you add plans, share them with the people you want to see.
2. Mozi is a private network: There are no public profiles, handles, nor searchable database of users. You’ll only see people if you have one another saved as iOS contacts. (Don’t see someone you know? Use your QR code or the invite link on your Profile to connect.)
3. You decide what gets seen by whom: Add people to your “Close Friends” list if you’d prefer to share your plans with a smaller group, or Delete those you don’t wish to see in Mozi, directly from their profile.
4. Mozi is intended to be fun, but we take privacy & protection of your data (and ours) very seriously. Reach out if you have any questions or concerns at all. (community@mozi.app)

What’s New
Version 1.31.0
We have some new features for you to try! You can now Ping your people who are nearby. Pings are custom push notifications you can send to your friends who are nearby (individually or to many at once). And with live location permission, Mozi shows you who’s nearby without you having to create a trip (we don’t publish your location unless you do create a Trip though).

Finally! The tool I’ve been searching for!
As a digital nomad, I travel more than 50% of the time. Being on the road so often has made it difficult to maintain connection with friends. Mozi solves this! I keep my profile current with my home and away plans, and my friends do the same. By doing this, we’ve found each other in far flung corners of the globe AND at home (people usually assume I am out of town) in real time, or for upcoming travel. I also love the latest app update, which shows if friends have recently visited a city. It helps to ask for travel tips from someone you know and trust! Thank you to the developers of Mozi - because of this tool, I feel hyper connected when I used to feel lonely.

Most Beautiful & Useful App Ever
Mozi is one of the few apps on my phone that’s both stunning and truly useful. I use it every other day.
Instead of adding new contacts directly to my iPhone, I save them on Mozi first—it saves them automatically in my iPhone contact list AND captures details my phone’s contact list doesn’t, like the date of when I first met someone. It also organizes contacts by location, making it easy to see who’s nearby when I’m planning a brunch or visiting a city. And as a frequent traveler, I love that it shows me where my friends will be, so we never miss a chance to connect.
Brilliantly designed and incredibly practical—highly recommend!

Loving the app but i want a map of where my friends are please!
Just want some more integrations. Visual is so much better and imagine being able to see where everyone is by city now n in future? I use FmF but i dont want to share that kind of info with all the ppl i would on Mozi. also calendar sync please, i already have 4+ calendars for work n life; can Mozi take from them to make my trips? otherwise UX is beautiful and i love seeing my friend's plans.
