Touch ID please!
It’s time consuming and too much effort needed for someone to login, why don’t you implement touch ID so that we can get into it and do whatever things we want to do?
Irritating to have to put in our mobile number, annoying OTP and ridiculous PIN! Did you ever realize that?
Nice Try but it needs to be much more intuitive
Being able to enter the app and just place your finger on the Touch ID sensor to pay is what makes every app of this kind have a purpose, I’d rather go and reach for the money in my wallet then have to do the steps to pay with M:Pay
•Implement Touch ID / Face ID (to be ready for the iPhone X users)
•Maybe add a widget so we can access the app even when our iPhones are locked
•why a phone number when u can make an easy email, password, card information sign up
•and ofc marketing to earn more money for implementing these and much more features
Slow, Hang, Inconvenient sign in
The app is very slow and hang, stuck at processing modal. Sign in very inconvenient. Most of financial app nowadays can use TouchID to use app but this one need to enter mobile number to use OTP and enter PIN every single times and when can go inside it stuck. Disappointing. And also the app has annoying ads to sale insurance too which is ridiculous.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
