Start with mindful sitting. Then click the lower left button to choose mindfully lying down, standing, walking, or something more vigorous. When you want to, press the top right button to stay mindful doing all the activities. The key is to gently move the suggested body part to stay mindful.
The new introduction gets you from mindful sitting to mindfully moving more easily.

This app is fantastic for mind-body awareness. I particularly find the sitting exercise relaxing and useful. And, the use of soothing audible tones contributes greatly to the purpose
Great App! Really Like the Yoga sequence and the Lie portion for cool down, meditation and relaxation before bed. Good for balance and core work. Excellent graphics! Can’t wait to try more!
