Purchasing issue

I bought the 9.9 dollar for the premium on December 27th 2024. Today When i use the app it asked me to pay for again to be able to use the premium. Please anyone can help me figure it out. Thank you! And i tried to contact on the website it keeps giving the error.

Apple should only require payment once, and it’s unlikely they will ask you to pay for the same app twice. However, if you use a different Apple ID, you may be prompted to purchase the app again. Please make sure to log in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If any issues persist, Apple can process a refund for you.

Thank you for this app! I’ve used the website numerous times and this app is very well done and makes it that much easier in a crunch when your patient is already on the table.

Good but

It keeps giving me an error “this page is under construction” everytime i click on something. Can you please update and fix this.

Dear User,
This issue has now been resolved. The app no longer requires an internet connection after it has been downloaded.

Please delete the old version from your device and download it again from the store. This should resolve the problem.
