Very good ordering and delivery experience.I enjoyed using the app and find it to be user friendly and the driver was professional .However ,the rating that’s been given to restaurant has to be linked to customer rating (don’t know if it is ) . And the customer rating has to be more specific . Not everyone has the time or interest to write something but if you assign rating from 1 to 5 for taste , menu, freshness .... etc. that would be better and hopefully might give a push to restaurant to up their performances.
For example: I enjoyed my order part of the app but I felt that my money was wasted because the cheesecake that I order was not fresh and it really taste bad so I could not eat it and the rating for this place was 4.7!!! So as a customer who wants to use this app , will not depend anymore on the rating because if this is what you rate as 4.7 then what am I suppose to think for lower rating.

Please know I only aim to help you and not just criticize you.

It’s the first delivery app that was willing to deliver to my area in the industrial estate in Cairo Egypt, I was thinking they are going to take advantage of this because non other delivery apps was willing to come but I was wrong they were very professional and very fast and the fact that they let you choose from different drivers offers makes it more unique and nice it’s not just that you are given a driver who’s not capable you can choose whoever you want and I can also see what the drivers write about me not just me rating them they can also rate me I’m fascinated by this delivery experience and I love it

If you’re using this app, you’ll get dishonest couriers as they hate to get paid online (they want cash only) plus they don’t head to pick up the order right after they received the order, they hover around running other errands (and possibly working for other apps in the meantime). So they’re using the 1 hour waiting period to the fullest! It means you'll get your meal cold and not eatable. And it’s not working even if you tried to talk to the couriers to convince them you really just wanna eat in peace, they have no problem arguing with you as they know that there’s no effective customer care service.

* My experience is over two year’s experience, so i know what I’m talking about. And i really started to think that a lot of the reviews here does not reflect the truth about how bad experience the customer can get.
