MSC Conferencing Platform 4+

The MSC Conferencing Platform is the digital event hub of the Munich Security Conference. It is the perfect organizing tool for every MSC participant.

Important: Please download the app before or during the event. All verified participants must first access the official Registration Portal and confirm their participation. For security reasons, only in the Registration Portal, you will find a direct link button to access the MSC Conferencing Platform or a direct link sent through email from portal@securityconference.org.

The Conferencing Platform is the place where the MSC provides all the information that guests of the Munich Security Conference are going to need throughout the conference. As an MSC participant, observer or delegation member, you can access your personal agenda, manage your side event invitations, request even more side events, connect with other participants, organise bilateral meetings, inform yourself about the key topics and logistics of the conference and access news and publications from the MSC.

The MSC Conferencing Platform enables personalized access to every session you have been invited to, like Side Events, Press Conferences, or Outreach Events - and gives you the opportunity to accept or decline invitations as this is crucial for a streamlined conference journey.

To ensure dialogue as well, participants can both chat and make video calls with other participants.

Essential features for participants also include personalized agendas, information on guest services (hotel, transport), how to arrange bilateral meetings on-site, reading the conference booklet, contacting the MSC Help Desk, and much more.
