Just pay for NHL tv
Honestly just only worth it if you want to see games and you not near a tv in north jersey or nyc. Even then it’s terrible it’s always going between a great resolution to crap resolution and usually stays at that for most of the game. It also just randomly times out in the middle and I have to relog into watch. I’m doing better of watching nhl tv when out of the msg service area you get the msg feed without the crap out of the signal. Now I only use when desperate cause I’m at work and have no tv that is it. I will admit it will give you a true love feed just don’t plan on seeing it well.

Remember, MSG GO is FREE with your cable package, but NHL.tv costs, but also, cannot be used in the local market to view our team's games. Update Forever loading issue fixed.
I was excited to get this app and watch live Sabres game. After I downloaded the app everything worked well until the last update. Since then I go to watch a live event or show and I get to see a beautiful crystal clear ad for 30 seconds then a black screen with a bar that on top that says loading. I wait 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes still loading? I have tried deleting and installing app again but still the same. I go to desktop site on my phone and I can view there so I know it should work with my login.
Update: This issue has been fixed after a few back and forth emails the problem was found and corrected. They were very responsive and the issue was corrected within 24 hours of my email being sent.

App is faulty
This app is a major disappointment. It is advertised (heavily I will add) as a way to watch live games of teams that play on MSG network. This is true for one of about every 10 games. Almost every time I open the app I get an error message when tuning into a game: “Error: Unknown Concurrency Error”. No other feedback or options are available not hints at trouble shooting or what could be wrong. I have not been able to watch a single Rangers, Islanders or Devils game all season so far. As mentioned previously this app is advertised heavily on the network as well as internet ads and billboards/posters around NYC. I’m thinking the app creators or admins should focus more on getting the app right than how many more advertisement platforms they can put this faulty product on. Any feedback from MSG will be appreciated

Download v2.1 from the App Store, it will help with this issue. Also, you can email us at email@example.com, right from the app under MORE tab (where it says FEEDBACK). But download the new version, and try, and if that doesn't work (because we are having an issue with FRONTIER customers), email us.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
