Check deposit isn’t working
I downloaded this app in an effort to avoid driving to the bank to deposit checks, however I keep getting an error message every time I try to deposit a check (host processing error). I have to go to the bank anyways now, so this was a waste of my time. If this was resolved, then it would be super helpful because otherwise everything in the app that I’ve used so far has worked just fine.
Bill pay function broken
This feature used to work, but hasn’t for several months on my iPhone 7 Plus. The following message appears: Please enroll in bill pay through online banking to enable this feature”. I have been enrolled and am able to log into the MSGCU web site to pay bills and have been enrolled for years. Calling text support did not help. Neither did deleting and reloading app and restarting iPhone.

Not compatible with Apple update 13!!!!!
I have had this app for years and never once had an issue. Now, after updating my iPhone XS Max with Apples latest updates 13, 13.1 and 13.1.2 this app is AWFUL!!!
It constantly signs me out and I have to continually keep logging back in and enabling facial recognition.
The primary function of this app is to NOT have to do this!
I have spoken to the IT people at MSGCU and they say it is a malfunction with the app and the new Apple update.
PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM it is beyond frustrating and annoying!!!!!!
