When it works it is great and you get your reimbursement quickly. A large portion of the time it doesn’t wanna let me in to push the I’m here button or I’m here button doesn’t show up. It is a very large pain in the neck that you now have to check in when you leave your house. Many times I am so busy just trying to get out the door on time for my appointment that it’s hard to remember to check in that I’m leaving the house on my phone. If you don’t check in when you leave then the I’m here button won’t show up later and if you didn’t bring a paper log with you tough stuff even if it’s a 2 Hour Drive you can’t get reimbursed.

At first this app was a hit and now after all of these “UPDATES” it’s now a flop!!!! My son is Autistic so he has an appointment for ABA therapy every other week and emotional therapy every two weeks. I called and ache his appointment as I’m not able to do it from the app now and I was not informed that I would have to open the app and select I’m leaving before I leave my house!!!!! So here I go having to get a letter from the Dr. and email a copy of it in and now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to review and verify and then I have to wait an additional 1-2 weeks for the payment. On his next appointment I called in days ahead a time to get the appointment. I get the appointment so that morning before we pull out of my driveway I open the app, find my trip, and attempt to select “I’m leaving!” Only for a message to pop up and inform me that I’m not at my residence and I can’t access the app! You talking about upppppset then I call the help desk and of course I get the “I’m sorry, I can’t do anything!” Oh she had the audacity to tell me that at least you can fill out the paper trip log and fax it in and wait a full month to be paid mind you in the beginning with this app, I booked my trips, checked in, and was paid by 8:00 p.m. the same day of the trip. This app and the creators of it are Karen’s! If I could rate this app a negative star I would but one is the lowest that I can go!

If I have to call to confirm every single ride why do we even have an app?then you call and the first thing the support team rudely says is you can save time by using the app please use the app. Id use the app if it actually worked and let me schedule a ride rather then 25 miles away. With each update the app gets worse and MTM customer support isn’t getting any better. There’s no incentive for them to improve because they’re paid by our insurances and most people have no other option.

Edit nothing has improved, The apps gps system does not work well and I haven’t have to move around my own property multiple times before it finally confirms I’m at my own residence. Customer support is no help. When using the Face ID to log in the app offend glitches multiple times and doesn’t let you log in properly.
When calling to confirm appointments customer supports always puts in the wrong information for reason of appointment, doctors office and even what doctor I’m seeing. Often the very next day after calling and confirming the appointment disappears from the app and I have to call again. How this system even functions and how they confirm with doctors offices of appointments with the wrong info is beyond me.
