La app utiliza la ubicación de tu teléfono para verificar si estás en una zona Ecoparq y permitirte pagar. Si no estás en zona, no podrás pagar. Puedes extender el tiempo de estacionamiento tocando el vehículo en el mapa, incluso desde otro país. Recuerda anticipar al menos 5 minutos antes de la extensión.

It’d be great if it worked
Parking in Playa del Carmen is a pain so this would be great. But the verification process doesn’t seem to function. Verified my email assuming that would be enough but still didn’t work. Tried to use text but they don’t seem to be able to send texts. Same problem with WhatsApp. Maybe it’s assuming every number in Playa del Carmen is a Mexican one? That’d be a huge mistake. So the complete lack of flexibility basically relegates usage to just the locals who can make it work and don’t already have a place to park. The rest of us just have to keep doing it the old fashioned way I guess. Good luck
As a development team this is something you CAN absolutely fix. Why won’t you? Your business would grow exponentially

We sorry to told you that the app is only open to cell lines locally or based in Mexico; if you have a Mexican line, you shouldn't have any problem doing the onboarding on the app
Almost perfect
Works well and makes management of most of Mexico City’s parking meters a snap. Also allows adding credit to parking cards. Downsides: Only works with MX cellphones. Can’t think of a good reason. It is possible to not complete the transaction. Be sure that the app comfirms the parking payment or you may be ticketed.

Gracias, pero también puedes usar la app con números extranjeros y hacer recargas con tarjetas internacionales, elige el país de procedencia en la app y sigue el proceso de validación y registro. Saludos
Loading a balance charges 8% commission on credit cards
Activating my account was a pain since I didn’t receive the activation email, I had to reach out via WhatsApp to the team and activate it manually. It also asks to activate phone number as well. I don’t know why it requires two activations to activate the account.
Loading a balance charges 4 pesos commission on credit cards when I tried to load 50 pesos. That’s 8% according to my calculations.
On the positive side, it’s an easier way to avoid looking for enough coins for the parking meters at playa del Carmen.
