Deleted 32 saved times after a glitch

I had taken times down for my swim teams practice. I was going to record them later tonight I was scrolling through them to get the times the screen froze and the app quit on me. I opened the app up again and all the saved stop watches were gone. All the stop watches were gone. I have no idea how to get them back nor do I know if I can. I cannot get these times again. This is a bad app.
