Reprinting 1st label

I’ve loved my label maker P941BP since the day I purchased it this Spring 2023. Today it suddenly started reprinting the first label in each file. For example, 1st is receipt and 2nd is the address label. All of a sudden, I am getting only multiple receipts and no label. I formed my own work around by using a separate pdf software and then printing ONLY the label page, and cropping. I hope this doesn’t distort the scanning label for the post office. Wish me luck! Great Idea, but App Needs Work

I love the idea of an app to print whatever you want from your phone, but there’s so many issues with the app that it doesn’t function smoothly. It needs a lot of work before I would ever suggest the app to anyone. There are misspellings, and nowhere to find your saved labels. Even when you change the label sizes, often times it won’t save what you just changed. And when you try to print, the screen is blank, so it prints a blank sheet. Sometimes the text you put on is blown up, sometimes it’s nonexistent. This leads to a lot of labels wasted. They also mention a 72 hour time for them to review purchases in order to gain points. They do not adhere to the 72 hours.
Again, this app needs a lot of work before it runs smoothly. It seems as though they care more about the aesthetics of the wishes page than the backend of things

Amazing Thermal Printers

I run a small business and the realwriter Bluetooth version has been a life saver in making my labels I absolutely love it I took a star off for the problems I have when I design with Canva and want to import and print it never does right and it’s spotchy and unreadable no matter what changes I’ve tried and changing the density etc once that’s fixed I’ll update to 5 stars also would love to see way more fonts English version theirs really only certain ones you can use that actually show up on the label other than those small flaws it’s amazing and I love it the choice of sticker thermal paper is amazing
