Munchys Delivery 4+

I used to order from this app all the time. It was slightly expensive, but reliable. The price was expensive but it didn’t matter because that’s what happens when places don’t deliver and you only have one option. Recently though this app decided to have absolute terrible service. They’d either completely shut down or they’d decide to let you order and do nothing else. Multiple times I’ve ordered and have had to call in to stop my order because the delivery was automatically set for the next day or something else.
It doesn’t matter when or how you order. Either way you will get screwed over. Sometimes the app itself will way all the restaurants will be shut down (which they won’t be) or they’ll just give you an insane delivery time.
There are many apps that deliver food. We eats and Munchys are trash. Use anything else. They’ll be cheaper and they’ll have better service.

Awful customer service. First time I ordered through them they confirmed my ordered took my money and yet the restaurant never got my order asked for my money back NEVER got it! Months later I decided to give it a try again and yet again they manage to screw my one dish order! Called their customer service number and then this foreign guy said they don’t handle deliveries and gave me a different number called that number and they said they didn’t handle deliveries either. Called back and forth 4 times! They kept pinning their mistakes on one another and finally my order got delivered 2 hrs later cold and spilt. Never again hope they go out of business soon and stop ripping people off! Stay clear of this delivery service they are garbage and so is their call service center can’t understand a word these ppl say. They still owe 60$ from three months ago.

Tried to create an account…just sits there with loading/processing icon. Tried closing and opening again. Tried to login in case account creation worked and just got stuck…just sits there with “Logging in…” animation. Deleted app and reinstalled, same results. Tried again on cellular instead of on WiFi, same results. App doesn’t work.
