Free stuff is free stuff - but....
I mean, who doesn’t love free Ticketmaster gift cards & free merch from their favorite artists? Since I’ve started using the app, a major way to earn points are no longer available - you used to be able to share news articles for points. You can still share them but you won’t earn anything. Meanwhile the price of a Ticketmaster gift card went from 2500 to 3500 so now it’s more points with less ways to earn those points unless you spent money on the boosters. My only other issue is regarding the rewards that are shirts. They don’t show what sizes are available until after you redeem your points for it & if your size isn’t available you can’t get your points refunded. So for someone who may wear a XL & is saving up for a shirt may only be able to redeem a S shirt which wouldn’t be of any use for that person.

Hi Amy -- Thanks for the feedback, I just wanted to follow up on a few things. News article sharing points were replaced with a daily sign in bonus -- you can earn just about as much just for signing in everyday AND if you do share news articles, you earn referral points if a new user signs up from you post.
For the t-shirt sizing issue, we are working on improving that experience. However, you *absolutely should get a refund* if we don't have your size. If you didn't please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it taken care of!
Pay to get “free” merch?
I understand officials merch is expensive, however when each point is roughly a penny, FIX makes money off of every reward they ship. When I received my first reward, a wall flag, I was so excited. I had gotten official merchandise from my favorite band, all for listening to their songs! I quickly started making sure to earn as many points as I could. However, in the latest update, things like shirts, hoodies, and hats are all premium rewards. The only things you can order without paying any money whatsoever is the CDs and vinyl records. I was going to save my points and order a hoodie, but now I cannot, unless I want to pay FIX 1.99 a month for “free” band merch. I was ready to tell my friends to download it and start using it, but I will not being telling anyone about this app, unless things change. What was totally free (minus the ads, which I have no problem with), is now “pay to play”. This app was created to connect fans to artists through news and the promise of rewards, but it has fallen away. This app may he free to download, but now it’s “pay to win”. Great idea, but it seems like the developers are too caught up on making money.
fix im so disappointed
FIX i am back and im so disappointed. I’ve told y’all about how I can’t share articles and news and the problem is still not fixed. Y’all updated yesterday, but I still can’t share. And here’s the new problem...why are yalll making merch premium. I can’t believe y’all stoop so low to get money. This app is about making points by doing something I love; listening to music. Then from that I get basically free merch. Are y’all money hungry? Are y’all not making enough money? I’m so confused on how y’all thought it was a good idea to make cool merches that I wanted premium. That’s so messed up and I didn’t expect that. Look, I like the app..well the old version. This new version is not a good look on y’all. What’s the point in making points to get free merch but we still have to pay to get the merch. Please make me understand. FIX, fix the share article stuff and take the premium off of merch. Thats not fair to young girls and boys who have finally found a way to get free merch from their favorite artists and then to find out, you need a card and some money to actually get it. This is unacceptable and im disappointed, please go back to the old app.

Hi, Sorry about that!
Thanks for reporting the issue with Name That Tune. It should not have shown up again after you played. We've just made a change that should prevent that from happening.
With regards to Twitter, the issue seems to be more widespread than just FIX. Even in Safari, many users are unable to share via Twitter using the standard iOS sharing popup.
