It’s funny that they asked for a rating. There are so many things wrong with this app, like showing a customer their “current” outdated balance instead of “available” at the home screen. This bank was years behind other banks even getting a mobile app, then when it happened it was such a let down. It’s as if they hired the most discounted contractors led by the same senile people they’ve had in operations leadership to get this junk. They kept their head in the sand and refused to see other UI’s that other banks have such as Chase or hire new innovative people since their inception. It shouldn’t be that hard to show simplicity and be efficient. Every company is a technology company now, they need to get over themselves. The ONLY reason I haven’t switched banks YET is because of the hassle.
Awful ap and no it support
We are Founders Club members so we’ve been banking here for many years. The bank has continued to get worse and worse through the years. This app is terrible. I have no way to deposit a check, called help department. After working with them for half an hour the end result is they don’t know why it won’t allow me to deposit a check. Option doesn’t even show up for me. But there is a section to recap online deposits. Now that most lobbies are closed and closest drive through is half hour drive away. I’m facing the fact that I must look for a new bank.
This is the worst banking mobile app ever.
This app went from semi decent to horrible with the latest update. I haven’t been able to access my account at all today. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and nothing has helped. I never have these issues with my other banks mobile app.
