Well taken care of
We’ve banked with Mutual for nearly 20 years. We’ve been taken care of by all the employees doing anything from making a simple deposit/withdrawal and securing a loan for a house to balancing our off-kilter checkbook and obtaining a home equity line of credit. I feel secure in my transactions and that the employees are always watching out for me and my money.
Still no printing or search
It’s been over a year from my last review and a couple of updates to the app since. There are STILL NO SEARCH FEATURES to allow to search for a transaction by range, date, check number or dollar amount. And STILL no air printing feature. Sometimes people need to print out a transaction for proof of payment or need it for keeping financial records. I don’t want to have to log in on the regular website to print. I honestly use this app daily and monitor my own accounts and my teen children as well and I need to search and print. There should be no reason these features aren’t available at this point!!!!
Face ID please
The app is decent but I would rate it higher if it had Face ID support. The hassle of having to enter log in and password every time has pretty much stopped me from using it. With Apples Touch ID we didn’t have to go through all that except for the first time using the app. Now that I upgraded my phone, I’m back to having to use the login and password every time. Upgrade the app and I'll upgrade my rating.
