How to use MuvMi?
1. Download the free app and register your phone.
2. Choose pick-up, drop-off points and number of passengers. Then start booking!
3. See where the driver is and how long before the driver arrives.
4. Scan QR on the vehicle, to make sure this is the right car.
5. Pay per trip or top up as you wish.

Great for getting around Bangkok!!
I’m a tourist in Bangkok and when I travel I like to use transportation that the locals use. I feel like it lets me see more of an area. This app is convenient and easy to navigate. I like knowing what the price is up front and because local Thai people are using the service I know it’s a fair price. The tuk tuk are clean and easy to climb into. I feel safe using this service. Two suggestions- let me load my picture into my profile so drivers recognize me, since I’m a tourist that surprised some drivers. Also I would like a list where I can save my favorite stops. Thanks for the awesome app!
Need improvement
There are so many things that need to be improved but over all it’s quite good, it’s clean and environment friendly, the price is affordable and less waiting time now compares to the time when it was newly introduced. I respect the founder/s who think about community and it helps a lot especially to expats who live in the neighborhood and don’t have a car. Keep up the good work.

Great way to reach the last mile. Eco. Friendly service. I once left a bag in the back of a TUK TUK and was able to recover it within 30mins. Customer support is top notch!
