Don’t like the new app. Old one was much better.
Crappy rollout, minimal improvement
Very poorly done. Resetting all passwords to what they did? Not to put too fine a point on it, but it was just stupid. Really lowered the security threshold and created a massive window of opportunity for ID theft. Didn’t inform customers all passwords were being reset, to include web site. Not what I expected from a “fintech” company. Maybe if it was 1998?
