(FCCC) is expanding its commitment to providing the best ownership experience in the RV industry with the launch of its new My 24/7 Direct app. The entirely new app brings a number of innovative new features to FCCC owners while also building on the success and popularity of the previous app.

One of the most important new features is My Maintenance. This feature provides owners a clear and convenient way to track annual chassis maintenance for their RV. My Maintenance will also have a notification function to alert owners when annual maintenance is coming up.

Additional features of the new app include, an enhanced service locator, an expanding library of manuals and guides, a mileage tracker, and as always 24/7 factory direct owner support contacts.

Will not reset my password. Don’t think it excepted my details. Go to reset password and it just says reset password and no way to type it in.

Use to work

The app worked on my iPhone 11. Recently put the app on my iPhone 13 and it won’t load. The opening screen comes up and just sits there. I’m sure it just a temporary glitch but is frustrating.
