2. Enter customer ID, mobile number, and complete captcha.
3. You will be prompted to verify your identity by logging in with Singpass or to update your contact details if the mobile number provided does not match our records.
4. Setup password and username.

it asks to input otp for each page not only in app but also on the website which causes extra charges from sms
I wouldn’t be using this app if not for the Vitality programme
It’s basically a very useless app that can’t even handle sync well. More often than not, each update purports to improve performance and what-not but even more often than not the app always fails to sync activity/workouts from the phone. This has been a perennial problem since this app was created. Get it done right once and for all!
Really poor
Extremely poorly designed, full of bugs, really slow and half the time doesn’t work. The developers must be dinosaurs, gives a feeling this is a 10-12 years old app..
