AIA Malaysia customers can easily manage their insurance & takaful plans, make premium/contribution payments, keep track of their fitness and health with AIA Vitality, gain access to digital healthcare services such as doctors’ consultation, and even enjoy exclusive rewards, all in one app!

Version 5.5.2
We will be rolling out a mandatory update on the AIA+ app on 18 April 2024 to make way for a few enhancements.
We encourage you to enable the auto update function on your device to continue to enjoy a seamless experience on AIA+.

Easy
Easy for all assessments, but when it comes to reward, the app either just don’t update any results or I have to write an email again and again to claim some rewards.
Limited to Company insurance cards only?
seems like theres only my company insurance card, no personal policy
App unable to capture data correctly
The mobile app is able to capture the activities data correctly all the time and I am tire of writing to AIA Vitally customer services to request for rectification.
