Your special instructions do not exist
Got in a kind of heated one with this dumb kid behind the counter. He told me there is no special instructions field on the app. So I just started ordering on it in front of him and showed him THE WORTHLESS SPOT THAT CANT BE READ. He didn’t like being wrong but really the customer loses here. The food is fine but the app and the customer service attitude needs a lot of work.
