One Issue

I’m a personal trainer and I’ve been using this app for two months now and I’ve had a very good success with it. There’s not much I would change with it that I would write in a review other than the icon will not load to Apple Watch face screen. You can find it in the mixture of apps that you have on your watch but you will not be able to move the icon to the home screen if that makes sense. Like I said, it’s not a big deal but if you want to get to it quickly - you have to look for it. Otherwise outstanding app!

Great addition to my workout!

This app has been awesome to keep track of my cardio and make sure I’m pushing myself when I need to. Great for HIIT too to make sure you’re heartbeat slows between bursts of energy. The app is easy to use, allows you to see the amount of time you spend in zones via graph and lights the whole face of your watch in colors depending on the zone you’re in to make it an easy check while working out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a useful training tool to add and take their workout up a notch.

I love it, its awesome, motivating !

Great App, i love it, very motivating. No more coasting for me, this app makes me push my self a lot harder to get my splat points !

My wife goes to OTF, and i wanted something similar to OTC, but without having to pay $100+ per month + heart monitor. This app works great with my Apple Watch. So u wont have to buy a heart monitor. (But u may have to buy a smart watch that measures your heart rate). Luckily, i already owned a Apple Watch !
