Problem No. 1Because the scale is set up from right to left instead of the normal left to right I sometimes miss mark my pain level on some days accidentally incorrectly. The scale should be read in reverse on those days as high pain numbers but I cannot go back to correct the pain rating.Problem No. 2I don’t currently ever have a pain rating below 7 as my right leg pain is always somewhere in the 8-10 range, and my low back pain is usually in a 6-7 range. There is no way for me to show a pain scale for each area in the program and that is frustrating.

Have found several areas where I think these ideas might help. I very much enjoy the sleep meditation. I used to have a machine with around 8 different sounds to relax with. The sound of water is especially powerful. I’m encouraged to buy a new machine to help assist in relaxation at the end of the day. I found Dr. Marnette to be very helpful and his voice is especially soothing. Many of his observations are very positive and thought provoking. I will probably revisit some of these classes to boost my memory and aid in my continuing to learn about the best ways to manage my pain.

First impression is truly good! It’s really a next step in your usual home workout routine. Good thing that you can make a proper push ups, analyze it and then fill your number into some different application which you might already using. This app not care only about numbers, but mostly about your body position during the process. And that’s awesome. Thank you!
