Messaging – Send secure messages and files to your care professional
Medications – Track the medications you take, and get reminders when it’s time to take them
Resources – Access articles, videos, and tutorials that are personalized for you
Vital Tracking – Track your vital signs including weight, heart rate, temperature, blood pressure, oxygen level and blood sugar. Integration with Apple Health.
