App doesn’t work, just points to a website that also doesn’t work
Honestly, I’m just disappointed with everything about CenturyLink right now, but this app is unusable. It asks you to log in, and then tells me that my account type isn’t supported and points me to their website, which using the exact same credentials, says it can’t find my account. Tried using the Help service to troubleshoot that way and their troubleshooting tool says it doesn’t even recognize my account # as a valid account #, even though it’s on my bill. Oh and not for nothing, this service is the 1Gig connection and I barely get 50mb down on a good day. Starting to think I should go back to Comcast, sheesh.
Not sure they know what an app is
Download the app and they will prompt you to sign in. Once you sign it it directs you to the website to sign in there instead.
Bravo. Just like everything else in their service, it’s a huge pain. Deleted immediately.

Terrible service; info from app is not accurate
Century Link is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. This app is often inaccurate in the data it provides. “Where’s my technician” is useless and inaccurate. In my last use, the app said the technician (Gabriel) came and fixed the problem. But no one came and the problem was not fixed. I was told to expect the technician from 1 pm to 5 pm. I called the 800 number and they contacted the technician (Gabriel) Gabriel called at about 6:15 pm to say he couldn’t come because he had another job that took priority. When I called the company, I was told the technician wrote that “the gate was closed and he could not get in to get to the box.” We don’t have a gate and I was home all day waiting for the technician. In a previous experience with this same technician, he came after 6 pm, upset that he had to work late. He said the problem was inside the house, left abruptly, and closed the ticket without informing me. I found this out after I called the 800 number the following day to find out why no technician came to fix the problem after Gabriel left abruptly. When I checked the app just before calling the 800 number, the app said the problem had been fixed (it wasn’t).
