4. יצירת קשר עם מחלקות הרשות השונות ושירותים חיוניים שונים בכלל תחומי החיים באופן ישיר ופשוט.
5. מעקב אחרי הדיווחים וסטטוס הטיפול בהם כולל SLA מותאם לכל דיווח, תוך התחשבות בחופשים וחגים.
6. איתור עסקים ומקומות בשטחי הרשות על גבי מפה נוחה.
