I enjoy using this app and coming to this gas station in different locations sometimes the app lag overall it’s pretty good just have to get used to it easy transactions. What a big problem is the gas attendants give me a hard time when telling them on paying with the mobile app and they go nuts saying that they want cash or credit and I keep telling them that I pay with the app and it becomes a nightmare they have to train to get a tenets how to deal with customers using the mobile app. I even got threatened ones by A gas attendant that he was going to call the police because I didn’t pay which I did through the mobile app. Please give the workers more education on how to treat customers and how to work with technology.
Conoco mobile app
My experience with the mobile app have been more pleasant now than a year ago. It was frustrating that the app did not work when it showed mobile app available AND it wasn’t. It worked occasionally at my favorite “go to” Conoco bc of location & lowest price. However, since I complained when it didn’t work, customer service rewarded me with $5 gift card for my inconvenience. It was embarrassing as well as the line behind me built up while waiting for the app to work. Customer service took the time to listen from other locations I complained about. The phone number for service on the mobile app was clueless. I don’t know why refer anyone to that number.

Saved the day!
We were driving late tonight and we were almost out of gas. All the towns we drove through were tiny so of course everything was closed! The next station was over thirty miles and our tank had fifteen .. long story short if it wasn’t for the app we would have been stranded! Thanks for saving the day!
