Good service , app needs a little work

This app is basic and simple. It makes it I easy to pay your bill. The finger touch log on has been a bit buggy for a while but lately has been working okay for me. The one thing I don’t like after the last app update is how the usage for data shows a bar that looks like it’s shows I used 3/4 of my total data ,when in fact , I have used very little. I find this misleading and needs to be corrected. The bar used to increase as you used data and you had a good idea how much you used. There also was a problem with that though because it could be up to 48 hrs behind. Maybe that’s why they changed it. Either way , we need to be able to check are usage and usage needs to be current.

Horrible customer service!

I just can’t understand how this company got a JD Powers award! I have tried for over two weeks to BUY and paid in full two old iPhones. They would not Believe it me buying them! They said my address did not match my account or bank. Funny, I called the bank and they had the right address and so did this screwed company!! After days of talks using a phone that came from CC they still would not send them. I never had a company not wanting to make a sale? After two weeks and many phones calls they now will send them. These are replacement phones and not new lines, so why was it so hard? Then after all the hoops they made go through they still would not send them until they once again talked to me to verify I was actually me and I was actually going to the address on file!!!!!!! She asked me three times about my address and once one mine Birthday. All this information is on my profile with this screwed company. Same address!!!!!!!! So why would it be fraud if I was buying phones in sending them to my address on file???? They said it’s for my protection I don’t need protection from consumer cellular I have protection from my Visa card against any fraudulent activity I don’t need consumer cellular to sit there and babysit me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Data Usage Misrepresentation

The app does most of what it needs to do, but with this latest major upgrade, it’s showing my data usage as “Near Limit,” when in fact, I’ve only used just a touch over 1GB of my 3GB limit! The bar should be green, not amber!

And while I have your attention, how about implementing a pop-up that shows how much data or how many minutes you folks expect me to use, based on current use, just like the Web site.
