When I first saw this app, I was doubtful because there is few fitness apps that provides you with everything. While this app may not monitor your heart or be linked to a watch or chest strap like Garmen, this app lets you do all sorts of things like vlog you meals throughout the day even letting you name your meals. You choose the food that you ate through the apps old database. You can vlog what you ate from Wendy’s to McDonald’s. This apps home screen also tells you how many calories you have consumed/burned. This app allows you to set reminders of when to eat or work out. This app also has challenges that you can set from doing 100 push-ups to just drinking a glass of water. As you do challenges, you get points, which you can see in on you apps home screen. There are even motivational pictures that you can take and add to help you complete your challenges. While the premium version of this app unlocks much more, the normal version of the app is still amazing. The normal version includes everything I just explained so you don’t have to stress about paying to unlock the diary (where you add the vlogs) or unlocking motivational photos as they come in the normal package when you get the app. Everything that comes with the premium version you can see in the app itself without having to pay for it. If you are looking at the premium package and accidentally press on the buy button, don’t worry, it will take you through a few different steps before you order the package. Like I said, this app is not Garmen, but it has all the necessary capabilities for you to get fit again.

I love the rewards. They seem silly for an adult, but I get so bored and these keep it more stimulating. Plus, you get rewarded for healthy habits even if you haven’t lost weight. Entering products/calories is also easy, so I’m more likely to keep up with it. Before I restored, I had an older version of the app that offered the slim down avatar and the weight chart for free - those were both super motivating as well! I’m debating upgrading to pro just so I can get those features back. The quotes and panic button were also super helpful to me in the beginning when I was struggling to break habits and cravings. LOVE it! It’s the only app that works for me because it doesn’t get boring. If anything, more options for clothes (or replacing some of the clothes with more trendy versions) would be my main request. I plateaued and regained weight after a super successful year (now I’m successfully restarting)... part of it was the plateau, but I also think part of it was because I’d chosen all of the clothes/accessories I liked and wanted, so I became disengaged. Awesome for short term/teaching goals, but I would LOVE features to make it an app I can use for years, and something to keep me more engaged after I reach my goals would’ve been awesome to keep me from regaining the 40 lbs I lost using the app.

I was not overweight but wanted to loose a little bit of weight to fit better in my clothes. This app helped me lose 30 pounds without having to deprive myself of any specific food group. I entered my present weight, my goal and it calculated the healthy amount of weight for me to lose each week. All I had to do was log in what I had each meal. It gives you an option to take a picture of your meal, in case you don’t have time to log it right away. It has a huge database of foods already stored, so it’s easy to pull that information. It also gives you the macros for each meal or item. For me, it was a huge wake up call. I was completely off in my portions and the app told me the truth about the calories I was consuming. The best is that I can have a piece of cake if I monitor closely what I have the rest of the day. If you’re serious about losing weight and keeping it off (which is the hardest part), this app will be invaluable. Make it a part of your daily routine and in time you’ll do it with your eyes closed. Don’t go for fad diets that deprive you of a whole food group. It’s unsustainable, unhealthy, and ineffective. I give this app five stars. As a bonus, my kids love playing dress up with the doll. Highly recommended!

So I started this app a at least three years ago. What really got me hooked were the clothes for the avatar. 😂I wanted more clothes so I did more of the healthy stuff under the challenges and I uploaded tones of workout motivation pictures. Long story short I lost 10 lbs and went from 130 to 120 in preparation for my wedding only to get pregnant shortly after my honeymoon. Ahh! Naturally, I didn’t want to gain a lot of weight but my pregnancy took its course and after having my son I used the app to help me lose the 17lbs to get back to 120. Unfortunately the app doesn’t offer any guidelines for pregnant women nor does it have a options for breastfeeding. I wish it did as I will likely have another baby and though I won’t be on a diet I would love a coach that can help me make healthy choices so I don’t have to lose 17 lbs after the next baby. 😊 regardless I lost the baby weight by using this app and got my body back. It’s really about the effort you put into it. I think the challenges are great and can help anyone even someone who is not trying to lose weight stay healthy. I wish there were more sexy avatar clothes, they certainly help as a motivator!! I definitely recommend this app.Just as a follow up to my review above, I got pregnant again and am using the app to help me lose the baby weight. I still wish they had sexier clothes as a motivator but oh well. I don’t believe that the app has not added anything for pregnant women or nursing women. I wish they would but I might be done making babies so oh well. I will be using the app to help me get my body back a second time. Maybe thus time I will weigh less than when I started.
