I love what this app is capable of but It is too bugged to be as good as it can be-The balance shows many blank tabs that don’t show anything -The airtime text is out of sight and only shows minutes and seconds, can not see the hour because it is out of page-Login is buggy and I have to enter my phone number and password manually. It’s very tedious so it’s better if you set up autofill or biometric login, I will gladly give 5 stars if these issues can be fixed

You might adjust whatever security issues inside that customers might not see or understand but not loss the friendliness of the app. When first launched it saves passwords and it have some updating current balance issues but it was okay i used it regularly despite some times at evening un able to purchase packages but it was okay … now i don't even use it for the past months because i don't want to login or remember my password every time i want to buy packages because it is on same device

After updating to the latest version, it has stopped working. It shows an error message with an invisible font and background when I try to login. I also have tried resetting my password but noting worked.

This app was decent at launch, but now? A dumpster fire. The password reset is broken (security questions are locked), the UI is a joke (who makes text the SAME COLOR as the background?), and warning pop-ups are invisible, all you see is an 'Ok' button floating in the void. I’m giving you one star only because it’s the lowest rating allowed. Developers, if you’re this determined to sabotage your own app, just delete it. Otherwise, FIX THIS MESS.

Nice update! You updated this app on time, but sometimes It have some bugs/errors when i try to buy a package or something. Fix these errors.

ethiogebeta full access like crbt and maybe 810 credit balance checking and other service. Simply make this app main for all Ethiotel customer services. and 10Q guys
